| Athletics Registration Process and Forms | |
All families who are planning on having their children participate in Christian Life School athletics must complete the registration information and return the forms to the CLS Office. These forms must be completed before the first day of practice, as student athletes must be completely registered before they will be allowed to practice or participate in any way. The registration information contains a summary of the general athletic rules that students and parents should understand. Complete eligibility requirements are found in the CAL Official Handbook. If there is a question about any rule interpretation, please contact the Athletic Director.
Below are the documents and forms required to register your student athlete in the Athletic Program of Christian Life School. Directions for registering are contained in the Registration Checklist section (page 10) of the Parent Student Athletic Handbook.
Register for soccer or volleyball before Monday, August 9th and receive a discount:
CLS families - $10.00 per student athlete, Non-CLS families - $20.00 per student athlete.
