Volunteer Signup - High School Basketball Games

Volunteers are needed for Admissions, Concessions, Scorebook, and Scoreboard for all home basketball games. Click the "Sign me up" button to enter your name and contact information for any of the available volunteer opportunities.

Service Hours

Remember to log your volunteer hours via Sycamore. Home school families will still log their volunteer hours in the "Sports Volunteer" log book located in the concessions area at all home games.

Reminder: All families involved in the sports program at CLS are required to put in volunteer hours at CLS home games to have their volunteer deposits returned.

Schedule expectations are:
Concessions (2 needed): First shift starts 1 hour before game time. All others start 15 minutes prior to game time. Close down after half time of the final game.

Admissions: First shift starts at least 45 minutes prior to game time. All others start 15 minutes prior to game time. Close down after half time of the final game.

Scorebook: Start 15 minutes prior to game time until the end of the game.
Scoreboard: Start 15 minutes prior to game time until the end of the game.

*** Please note that game schedules may change after you have signed up. Be sure to check the sign up page for the latest game status. We will also attempt to notify you of any schedule changes if you include your email address when you signup.

Click your name to undo a signup. Once games for the season have started, you will still be able to sign up for an open position, but you will not be able to undo a signup. You are responsible for finding a sub if you are not able to fulfill a position you have signed up for.
