Registration Information
All families who are planning on having their children participate in Christian Life School athletics must complete the registration information and return the forms to the CLS Office. These forms must be completed before the first day of practice, as student athletes must be completely registered before they will be allowed to practice or participate in any way. The registration information contains a summary of the general athletic rules that students and parents should understand. Complete eligibility requirements are found in the CAL Official Handbook. If there is a question about any rule interpretation, please contact the Athletic Director.

The following documents and forms contain the terms, conditions, requirements and policies of Christian Life School, the Athletic Program of Christian Life School, and the Christian Athletic League (CAL) of Southern Minnesota, in order for CLS students and homeschool students to participate in the Athletic Program of Christian Life School.
